1. About Matezer
Matezer (“Matezer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a housing marketplace platform designed to help individuals find roommates, rooms, subleases, and lease transfers in a safer, more transparent, and community-driven way.
Matezer provides technology and tools to facilitate connections — we are not a landlord, broker, property manager, or real estate agent.
2. Eligibility
To use Matezer, you must:

- ●Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
- ●Provide accurate and truthful information
By using Matezer, you confirm that all information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may be required to:

- ●Upload information related to your housing search or listing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
Users agree to:

Matezer reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false or misleading information.
4. User Conduct
Users agree NOT to:

- ●Request or send money without proper verification
- ●Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
- ●Circumvent the platform to exploit users
- ●Use Matezer for scams, spam, or unauthorized solicitation
Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Payments & Transactions
Matezer does not handle rent payments unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users are strongly advised:
- ●Never send money before viewing a property
- ●Never share sensitive financial or personal information
- ●To conduct transactions offline at their own discretion
Matezer is not responsible for financial losses arising from off-platform transactions.
6. Safety Guidelines (Summary)
By using Matezer, users acknowledge that:

9. Intellectual Property
All Matezer branding, design, software, and content (excluding user-generated content) belong to Matezer LLC.
Users grant Matezer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their submitted content within the platform.
10. Termination
Matezer may suspend or terminate access if:

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Matezer against claims arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
